Accounting and Payroll Support

The majority of our clients use QuickBooks for their accounting software, but we also support a hand full of other software products. For new businesses we can set up your QuickBooks file, then train you on the ongoing maintenance of your accounting records, or in many cases, do all of your accounting and bookkeeping in our office. We also offer payroll support through ADP, or can train you on preparing your own payroll.

If you have started a new business or are planning to, let us help you choose the right business entity to operate under. We will carefully explain to you the pros and cons of each type of entity as well as the tax implications of each.

Tax Preparation and Planning

Notary Public Service

We offer income tax preparation and planning services for businesses and individuals. We will keep you up to date on filing deadlines, as well as current tax law changes. Our individual tax organizer will help you collect your tax data at year end and simplify the task of assembling your package to us. We also offer electronic filing and multi state tax return preparation.

We have a Notary on staff and will gladly notarize signature at no charge.
